With the current update of IPSE GO, we are excited to introduce a significant new way that enhances how you manage and interact with your projects: IPSE GO project version history.
Save and Monitor Project Versions
Project versions allow you to save and keep track of your changes made to IPSE GO projects over time. This feature provides the flexibility to not only view previous versions but also to name, duplicate, or delete them as needed. This is particularly beneficial for complex projects for example in the oil and gas industry, where process simulation software and engineering simulation tools are critical for accurate design and analysis.
Streamlined Project Management
Are you tired of managing multiple project versions in separate files? IPSE GO automatically creates incremental project versions for you when saving. Use the project version window to visualize the different versions that are already saved. This streamlined approach is ideal for managing projects that involve power plant optimization or energy system models, ensuring that every modification is meticulously recorded and easily accessible.
Historical Insight
For your current projects, we have already saved the history dating back to 2022. From now on, you can save the version history without any time limit, offering a detailed view of how your simulation will evolve. Having access to older project versions gives engineers another powerful tool that enhances project management especially when collaborating among multiple team members.
Additional Enhancements
Beyond the version history, numerous other refinements have been made to improve the overall functionality and user experience of IPSE GO. These improvements are part of our ongoing effort to ensure IPSE GO meets your needs and expectations. Do you have a suggestion or idea for a future update?
