The cost for support depends on the support option that you have selected for your installation.

We continue to enhance and update our software by adding new features and improving existing ones. Here you can find out about the options that you have to keep your installation updated.

If you have purchased a "Software Subscription" or an "Update and Support Subscription", technical support is included without extra costs.

If you don't have a subscription, you can obtain technical support on a paid case by case basis.
